Half Music, Half Monkey FUSE

OOOK so lets start off with my birthday, shall we? I indeed over slept so I hurried. I met up with Thomas at the church in ault and we were off. We went to starbucks where they were giving away free taste tests of green tea. Thomas and I both said no until they offered us into a raffle for a free $25 dollar gift card. Personally, I thought it tasted like pickles. So we ordered our drinks, and decided to sit outside. Then we went over to Walmart soo I could get some stuff for SOULSTICE 2005. While we were at Walmart we were looking at CDs. Thomas politely bought me TOBY MAC one Cd i've def. been wanting. I think the CD title is DIVERSE CD anyway its an AWESOME CD. And I really really really appreciate it Thomas!. Then he wanted to get some strings as a just-in-case for the BOTB. So I drove in the direction of where the old Mills Music is and then I didn't find it, and then I did. So he get some new strings. We went over to Borders to check my Reserv. on HARRY POTTER. And then back to Ault for the last practice before Soulstice. Thomas has an AMAZING voice. Not only that but an amazing guitar, too. So Chrissie and I watched, and then I took her to work. I fell asleep, woke up, showered, and picked her up. We were heading for Olive Garden in Greeley and then we changed our minds and went to Olive Garden in Ft. Collins. So we went there, and were seated immediately which is sweet because that's never happened for me. Anyway, dinner was soo good. I ordered my fav. Fettucine Alfredo delicioso! After dinner we went to Coldstone for icecream. So, she was talkin' to Jenny, and I was thinkin', well lets just switch to Greeley Coldstone so this way I can get dramamine and batteries from WalMart. So I go to start the car and it wouldn't start. So I walk out to call my sister, and she tries to start it. And, what happens? Yep, the key bends. So we waited for my sister for 2 hours who was nice enough to bring us a new key. As we waited I got icecream, err we got icecream, which I got sick from. Well, I can actually agree or say that I got sick from nerves. So then I took her home, and we talked about Soulstice and how I didn't want to go, n how nervous I was. Then I came home, packed, and went to sleep. I woke up at 6 to finish some chores, dry my clothes. And at 8, we left. We stopped in my work to get the stuff I needed. At the church, we all loaded up, prayed, and left. The van ride was pretty fun. Ohh I had fun predicting everyones death. Thomas is the britland bill gates haha. And then we made up some wierd story of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory or something. IT was a fun van ride, that's for sure. And we stopped at North Platte for the restroom. We stopped again somewhere for Food, and to get our AC fixed. While waiting in the place for our van, we had some funny times, too. Someone had looked at a card with names on it and one of the names were "DICK BOTTS funny. Finally we were off. We drove some more, and stopped at WalMart for food/gas. Well, Sue was filling up, and Chrissie and Tom Tom were walking to WalMart. So I decide hey lets go. Without even paying attention I book it across the street. And, I glance and theres a truck RIGHT THERE. So I almost died. We finally got to TImberlake, set up camp, and started making food. Willum made some of his 'famous' chili. It was spicey but oh so yummy! Afterwards we sat on a blanket talking. And then Thom and Chrissie were challenging eachother to SPEED. Then I decided to walk down and see some of the concerts. Bizzoring. Then I came back to camp and layed with Jesse and Chrissie watching stars. And then Thom joined us. Well, then it turned out to be an all nighter. But it was hilarious!! We were or maybe just I was so tired we were playing the word association game and some of the things I said were like "huh?" Like for instance.. someone started talking about balls..Well I stopped everyone and was like hey hey i gotta story about an old man and saggy balls. Well everyone was waiting and then i just start the game again. Well every two hours security drove around to make sure we were ok. These one chicks were all dressed in costumes, looking EXTREMELY tired. At 6, Sue came out and asked us to sleep. I only slept for 2 hours because our tent was SSOO hot!! Well, after breakfast, everyone left but the four of us who were staying awake all night. So, Sue explained why she was upset with us. And I completely understood. Saturday was filled withrandomness. Me, Willum, Thom, Chrissie, Jesse went around asking people if we could take there picture and give a free hug. I filled up my 257 memory with random people and random pics. Then we went back to camp, ate lunch, and had a few sessions and Chrissie and I attempted to nap. I kinda just laid there in the sun. And at 245 we headed down to the battle of the bands. The first band was good, I guess. When they were setting up they seemed full of themselves. Plus it took a while. The second band was great. Ok, so Thomas had a few flaws but he has, had, and always will have one friggin' amazing voice and guitar The funny thing Niel was at the end of the song and he threw one of his drum sticks, you could tell he didn't mean to but he made it seem like he did. The mistake he made was wearing a CSU hat in Neb. the judges were (jokingly) not happy. Expiration Date didn't win, but that doesnt mean anything. They have THOUSANDS of chances in the future. I just hope they know how amazing they play together. So after that Niel, Chelsea and I went swimming in the lake. The water slide was a blast. I slipt and hit my heel, but thats ok. It was such a thrill.. Everytime I was SOOO scared but at the end it was a blast!! Then I got out and headed for the showers. I chose the wrong ones and got the ones that are BLISTERINGLY too hot. Then I came back to camp, and dinner was ready. I ate and headed back up to watch this speaker guy. I felt like he was SCREAMING. Well I came back to camp and we were playing goofy games. hehe. Then we all headed up for the concerts. There was a few ones. I didn't appreciate skillet. LoL there keyboardist was a substitute and she was doing a bad job of acting like she was playing. lol. We headed back to camp at 1230, Chelsea and I linked arms because we went through the scary part of the woods and then went our seperate ways. I slept really really good. It got really windy at one point, but that's ok. Chrissie was awake early. I got up, and went to the bathroom. It was a long walk just for that. We came back, ate breakfast, went to Church. Urgg I loved Church that morning. I think I could worship up there everyday. After that we came back, loaded up and left. I slept alot on the way home because I was filled with dramamine. We made it home after a while. I got my Harry Potter Book 6 out and oddly 5 is bigger than 6 but ok. I didn't do alot and then after a while I slept. Today I have to do cleaning and then I work three days in a row. Apparantly I don't work Fridays anymore. And thats the story. I think that all of us that went to SOULSTICE can say it was (spiritually) amazing. Ok, so atleast I can say that. And it was EXACTLY what I needed. OOOOOOOOOOH Mike brought me a bunch of BRACELETS, a FUSE BAG, and a demo CD. He lost his wallet in a Mosh. Weirdo. OHH I forgot to mention when SKILLET was on I was playing hacky sac with some chic. And SKILLET came on and I started Screaming and Moshing with Willum lol it was funny, and thankfully he laughed so thats good.
